Stitch through enclosed back slippers is one kind of slippers which has high heel and shape is similar to shoes.Let me to explain the process of making stitch and through enclosed back slippers

1.The bulk material upper/lining/sock should be laminated with 2mm-3mm foam and nonwoven.

2.All laminated material will be cut by cutting machine one by one based on opened cutting mould,including insole foam.

3.Stitching upper/lining/sock together.

4.Put cut cardboard onto the back of stitch through outsole and stitch it with sock together.The main ponit of stitching outsole with sock is that keeping even distance of each stitch and make sure each stitch is in sunk part.

5.Test each of stitch through enclosed back slippers on needle detector,then pack them.
